The pre-seed investment, structured as a convertible loan, will accelerate Retellect's go-to-market strategy and help drive the company forward in delivering innovative checkout technology to retailers.
The financing reinforces what we've been building since 2019: AI-powered checkout vision that runs on the SCO infrastructure retailers already operate — no rip-and-replace.
